Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique specifically designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic and disturbing experiences.
Ideal for participants 10 years and older who can verbalise their trauma and what they have experienced. This includes people from Emergency Services; Education; Corrective Services and can assist with building the return-to-work capability for those with psychological injuries.
Duration: All sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes.
Cost: Adult $150/session
Concession: $100/session
Children: $100/session
Recommended minimum: 4-6 sessions.
