Guided Drawing

Guided Drawing is a non-verbal process that requires each participant to draw a series of different shapes, using different drawing mediums, such as crayons, soft pastels, oil pastels and paints.

This therapeutic process works with each individual’s implicit body impulses to release stuck energy and promote emotional healing. The rhythmical movements allow a natural energetic flow to be re-established throughout the nervous system and, in doing so, regulates the emotional state of being.

By engaging in this creative process, individuals work with their subconscious mind to release deeply personal and emotional issues without the risk of traumatisation.

This service is particularly beneficial for Emergency Service Worker’s, Health and Education professionals, and anyone who has experienced trauma, abuse, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression or feels desensitized or disconnected from themselves. It offers a safe space for those who regularly confront challenging situations and allows time to heal.
